Silly? Yes, but if it’s so memorable that you’re going to be able to use it to give someone directions (take a left after the billboard with the giant shoe on top), there’s a good chance that you’re going to remember whoever the billboard is advertising as well. So it’s the best part of silly, it’s sticky.
