Give Me My Baseball Back!

Lost my cable! Waah!

Nighthawk called and warned me the cable was out and it would be out at least until tomorrow, so I whipped this up at work. Then he called me back and said crisis averted — it’s back. Whether it really will be back by the time this comic posts is anyone’s guess, but we’re covered either way.

  1. To continue the saga, our services stayed all day yesterday, which was good, and all day today. So right after they’d returned yesterday Nighthawk called Comcast back to let them know the tech wasn’t needed. Guess who called this afternoon to let us know he was 20 minutes from our house?

    I love it.

  2. this is why i like directv. if i lose my service its either raining like crazy, icing or satellites are falling out of the sky. oh, and the nfl sunday ticket! football season is almost here!!! woohoo!!!!

Yeah, but you live in Pennsylvania. Those first two are pretty standard events during summer and winter – so how often do you lose your service?

  4. not very often. and its ususally just the HD channels that scramble. it needs to be practically armageddon (like saturday morning) to lose the regular channels.
