It’s simple economics. When the doctor is underbooked and has to wait around, he doesn’t get any money. When the doctor is overbooked and you have to wait around, he gets money.

Turn up earlier for the appointment with G… the doctor and end up sitting there until an hour or more *after* you were supposed to see them.
Yep, and the bigger the doctor’s office the worse the wait.
