The Webcomic Hurricane Relief Telethon Book is now available. If you’d like to be one of the lucky people to own the first book containing a printed Get Outta My Head comic, here’s your chance. I’m told it’s on page 42 :)

Poetry and life and stuff
My favorite poem of the day is An Attempt at Unrhymed Verse, by Wendy Cope.
The line about the gherkin is quite nice.
I’ve been training at work, and my throat is very sore from talking so much. One more day of training to go, but not until Friday.
I’m way behind in about six things, but I’m actually ahead on the comic buffer — Saturday and Tuesday are uploaded (GOMH and IOI respectively) and I’m working on the following Saturday (more IOI, but it’s a god one, and it’ll give me time to plan GOMH) so that should be stable at least for the next week. Wow. Stable. That’s kind of nice.
A slight diversion for jeans shopping

The girls aren’t out of the woods yet, but a short diversion won’t kill us.
Arr!
Yar. Here ‘n’ ’tis talk like a pirate day ‘n’ I be without a comic ta celebrate. I’ll have ta keelhaul meself. Meantime, where’s me rum?

Telethon still on!
In case you didn’t know, the Hurricane Telethon is still going and going and going and going and going… It’s currently planning to run until Saturday morning! Keep checking back for more cool comics! And if you haven’t taken the opportunity to donate, you still have time!
In addition to being a great event for a worthy cause, this is some darn good entertainment!
Mmmm. Pretzels.
While the rest of the country eats pretzels at a rate of a pound and a half to two pounds per year, Philadelphians consume twelve times that many.

Well hell, no wonder Nighthawk and I get so pissed when we leave the area and we can’t find any pretzels! You folks need to step it up!
…I wonder if you can even buy a barrel of sourdough pretzels with the free barrel-refill bag outside this area. Or for that matter, just the barrel of pretzels to begin with.
