Signs it’s time to restart the diet:

  • The scale can’t decide what I weigh. (a.k.a. time to buy a new scale.)
  • One of my favorite comics has started a health thread, which is easy to join for support.
  • I was feeling guilty for having two Coca Colas earlier, so I decided to buy some water out of the vending machine, seeing as I should be drinking about 90 oz of water a day and I haven’t done so for… well… months. Instead of getting one 20 oz bottle of water, the machine spit out 2 bottles for the price of one.

Signs from above? Dunno. But it’s worth doing anyway.
